Assam 2nd Feb, 2020: The deadly Corona Virus cracks the territorial boundaries of Wuhan City, China and is by so far a worldwide terror. After taking lives of more than 300 people in China, the Chinese Epidemic Corona Virus now crooks its neck to India. Reportedly a student studying in Wuhan University from Kerela is the first confirmed Corona Virus case in India. Subsequently another case of Corona Virus also came up today in Kerela again. CORONA VIRUS IN ASSAM
Assam, one of the North Eastern states of India, had by so far faced no Corona attacks until a suspicious case in Marigaon district did not strike thunder of fearful Corona Virus. Yesterday, when the airports were on high alerts after number of Corona Virus cases intensifies in India, a young person flying from Kerela was examined by a team of doctors employed in the International Airport of Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi in Guwahati, for the scrutiny of the passengers and sent to the Guwahati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for close medical observation.
Curiosity got tensed when the patient was allotted a separate personal ward for his medical treatment. A team of doctors and nurses are closely monitoring the patient. In primary medical investigation, a mild fever was detected but not necessarily an attack of Corona is confirmed so far. The Superintendent of GMCH denies such possibilities as the patient is not diagnosed with any of the basic symptoms of Corona Virus in the patient’s body. [KNOW THE SYMPTOMS OF CORONA VIRUS]

Assam’s Health Minister Mr. Piyush Hazarika, in a press bite, says that the required symptoms of Corona Virus is not confirmed. The patient is kept in an isolation ward only as a preventive measure.
Honorable Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sharma says the Assam Government is on high alert and a close monitoring is going on at every crucial point of entry door of Corona Virus. As the International Airport of Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi in Guwahati, is not a direct entry point of many foreign tourists to North East, therefore there is not much to worry about.
