 It is really painful. If you think about the pain of break up, it feels like your life has ended, everything seems meaningless suddenly. But wait, life is a very long journey, that cannot end with the departure of a single person. One thought you must bring to your mind at that moment, “You Cheater (if he/she has cheated on you), wait and watch, one day you will repent. I will prove to the world, I will do to the best in whichever field I am. The whole world will one day salute me. You will then cry!”
Perhaps that thought may motivate you to a new world, where your perfect partner will be waiting. And then you will realize that that break up really has changed your life. No other option you must choose, do not waste your life. Because some true lovers later become drinkers, drug addicted or some even end their life. But avoid that negativity. Every incident has some positive aspects also.
I end with an example, think about a flower-plant. It flowers some beautiful flowers, but somehow those flowers wilt. But the next day the plant again sprouts some afresh flowers. So, relate this to our human lives also.
