1. Why was the snow goose all alone?

Answer:  The snow goose who was probably flying south with the other geese was all alone because his wing was injured and he needed help.

2. Could Molly and Jim keep the snow goose as a pet? Why/Why not?

Answer: Molly and Jim wanted to keep snow goose as a pet forever but they could not keep the snow goose as a pet because 'the goose is a wild animal'.

3. How did molly know that the snow goose wanted to fly away?

Answer:  Molly knew that the snow goose wanted to fly away when she saw him beat his great wings on the sides of the pen.

4. What did the ranger put on the snow goose's leg?

Answer:  The ranger put a band around the leg of the snow goose to recognise it if they ever see it again.

Words with ie in them, usually have the ee sound.
