Answer(a): A quiz is a form of game or competition in which someone tests the participants’ knowledge by asking questions.

Answer(b): In the State Level Quiz Programme, five school teams from different parts of Assam participated.

Answer(d): Aparna was a Class XII student who announced the rules of the quiz competition. The competition was a total of five rounds. As per the quiz rule, The time provided for one answer was ten seconds. The team scoring highest marks were to be the winner of the competition.

It is hereby notified that the Literary and Cultural of our school is going to organize a Zonal Level Quiz Competition on the 2nd of October, 2021 on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti that falls on Monday. The competition shall begin from 10 a.m. on that notified day. The interested students are required to submit their names to the undersigned latest by 28th of September, 2021. Each team shall have two members each. Joining fee is fixed as rupees fifty only.

Rules for the quiz competition
- There shall be two members of each team.
- There shall be 10 marks for each direct question and 5 marks for each rollover question.
- For each wrong answer, 5 marks shall be deducted
- Each team shall get 15 seconds for answering direct questions and 7 seconds for answering rollover questions.
- The candidates shall not be allowed to carry mobile phones or other objectionable objects to the dice
- The game will be played in three main rounds and one selection round.
- The team with the highest marks will be the winner.
- The decision of the quizmaster shall be full and final.

Quiz is a game or we can say a form of entertainment in which someone tests your knowledge by asking questions. Explore India: Quiz Time is a lesson about a quiz program in which five schools team are taking part. The host of this Quiz program is Anjali Das. She is an assistant teacher at the school. In this competition contestants have come from all over the state. Of which Five school teams from the five zones of the state have reached this selection phase. Only the winner among these teams will represent Assam in the National School Quiz Competition which is to be held in New Delhi next month. Mr. P.K. Baruah the renowned Quizmaster of the state was the quiz master of this program.
